Embrace Changes
The values of “chanshow” are summarized by ourselves, enriching various aspects of the initial values. Every word is perfectly appropriate, and I strongly agree with them. Among them, "Embrace Change" is what I want to emphasize in my work this year. What I want to convey with "Embrace Change" has two meanings. One is the change in my personal role, and the other is the change in the internal and external environment.
The first meaning is the change in my personal role. In October last year, I gave birth to my baby and became a mother. Although I was prepared to take on the role of a mother, new moms always encounter various unexpected problems and emotional disturbances. When I was not in the company, the department's work slowed down, and one of my trusted subordinates had to leave because of the complicated work. Despite my anxiety, I couldn't do much. With the recovery of my body and energy, I decided and applied to return to work after communicating with my husband, ending my maternity leave more than two months ahead of schedule. Back in the workplace, by reasonably assigning tasks and planning the most suitable working hours to improve work efficiency, I quickly regained my previous work rhythm and achieved a balance between work and life.
The second meaning is that “chanshow” is facing tremendous changes in the internal and external environment. This kind of change requires us to change along with it. I accept this change and am willing to grow with it. The three years of the pandemic have pushed “chanshow” to a level of 100 million Yuan in revenue. In this rapid development process, everyone is too busy, with no time to think deeply, pushed by things like rushing orders, shipments, production, R&D, and everything is in a rush... This year, the entire biotechnology industry is under tremendous pressure, and the rhythm has been disrupted. Customer inventory is bursting, demand has sharply decreased. The economic downturn in various industries, slow capital flow, and customer payments are stagnant, affecting both “Chanshow” and every individual at “Chanshow”. We cannot remain unaffected. First, please accept the fluctuation of the market. It's impossible for the market to always be good, at that time, we need to guard against arrogance. The market cannot always be depressed either, at this time, we are only on a difficult journey. We need to learn, optimize our work, and accumulate strength for a breakthrough. Second, please believe that a difficult journey represents tempering. Only continuous tempering can lead to success. We need to improve our professional skills, exercise logical thinking, learn to make independent judgments, not be disturbed by external factors, and be a professional and confident person. Third, please believe that the fruit obtained through continuous struggle belongs to ourselves. Do not take shortcuts, adhere to the bottom line. Fourth, please keep reading. Every individual has a different inner world. I will seek answers to my inner self in books. Reading has been a habit since I started working, but I abandoned it for a while because I was too busy. However, I picked it up again early this year. I like solitude. I read Dr. Li Meijin's "Psychological Care" to learn how to deal with child issues, read "Game Theory" for various game issues, read Inamori Kazuo for management issues, "Noise" for decision-making issues, and read Agatha's detective novels to relax, etc. Finally, as change is eternal, do not be afraid of change. Let’s embrace it!
